The position of Auction Specialist is a crucial role in preparing items for auction on behalf of our clients. The duties of this position include sorting/ organizing items for auction, photographing items, aiding on auction pickup/ drop off days, ensuring a safe/clean work environment, packing & shipping any orders, and on occasion packing/moving items from client's properties to the warehouse.
The ideal individual for this position is someone who is organized and appreciates attention to detail in their work. This position is very much hands-on and as such the applicant must be comfortable with moving, lifting, and loading items in an active environment. Above all, this person must operate with the highest ethical standards and compassion when handling client's items.
This position operates from our warehouse and also client's properties around the Cincinnati tri-state area. We are looking for someone who can work part-time approximately 30 hours a week. This position is hourly at a rate of $17/hour. Our normal operating hours are from 10am-4pm Monday through Friday. On days when we are hosting an auction pickup, our hours are typically from 11am-7pm.
