Our team carefully uncovered many "hidden treasures" within the property including a collection of never before seen World War 2 Pilot's gear that sold for thousands alone. At the end of the process we had achieved their goal of finding new homes for their things they were not planning on taking with them and also doubled their initial estimate at auction!

When we were tasked with selling the entire contents of this estate in White Oak nothing could have prepared us and the family for what we were about to discover. This property contained household goods, collectibles and a hidden secret... We found two large storage totes full of coins. Everything from Gold, Silver, and everything in between. Our team carefully organized and prepared each coin for auction knowing the impact these coins would have on the family. We were thrilled to achieve an unexpected amount of money for the family at auction and achieve their goal of emptying the house to prepare it for sale.

The family of this property had tasked us with selling the entire contents of their late uncle's property. This particular house was not very large in size and contained a lot of things within... Honestly it was busing at the seams! Our team was able to effectively organize the property for auction even with the limited room we had to work with. Within this property we had our hands full going through every single item and discovered a few valuable surprises hiding amongst the general items. Our client's could not believe the results of the auction and after we hosted the auction pickup onsite, they walked into a property that was ready to list on the market.
The Reitz's Toy Auction

Our client's late husband was an avid toy collector that had curated an impressive collection over many years. When he passed away, she had a house full of collectibles that she did not know where to begin to find everything a new home at fair market value. We were tasked with packing and carefully moving the entire collection to our facility to be sold at auction.
